Recent Courtyard Marriott Fayetteville Review: "This review is about Customer Service, and it is exclusively about Katie. I came to Fayetteville to see my son, a freshmen at FSU. I was excited about the opportunity to be with him for one day, Saturday, 10/15 for his Homecoming Football game, and I had to leave out the next day Sunday, to be at a conference in Washington D.C. I spent the entire day  with my son, and got into the hotel late, exhausted but happy! I was up early the next morning, as I wanted to be on the road early, but see my son one more time. Rushing, I left my brief case and laptop within it, in my room, under the desk. I got outside Richmond, VA before I realized I didn't have them. I called the hotel, and got Katie on the phone. She agreed to help me out, and said she'd take care of shipping everything to me, and shipped the laptop separately, which I appreciated. I got what I needed, on Tuesday in time for my meetings, and my Thanks goes out to Katie for being a trumendous help!"
