We searched long and hard to find a hotel that was close, clean and safe to stay in while visiting our son at Ft. Bragg. This hotel was exceptional and we would stay there again, it was centrally located, close to wonderful restaurants, safe area, shopping nearby, fast food and a sweet frog yogurt. The exercise room was clean and well maintained. Hotel  staff was extremely helpful and friendly. One gentleman even printed us a google map and put it under our door with directions to the Raleigh Durham airport. Overall this was excetional and gets all 5's from us. Would recommend it to family, friends as a clean, safe, place to stay. All the comforts of home and then some :)

This review is about Customer Service, and it is exclusively about Katie. I came to Fayetteville to see my son, a freshmen at FSU. I was excited about the opportunity to be with him for one day, Saturday, 10/15 for his Homecoming Football game, and I had to leave out the next day Sunday, to be at a conference in Washington D.C. I spent the entire day  with my son, and got into the hotel late, exhausted but happy! I was up early the next morning, as I wanted to be on the road early, but see my son one more time. Rushing, I left my brief case and laptop within it, in my room, under the desk. I got outside Richmond, VA before I realized I didn't have them. I called the hotel, and got Katie on the phone. She agreed to help me out, and said she'd take care of shipping everything to me, and shipped the laptop separately, which I appreciated. I got what I needed, on Tuesday in time for my meetings, and my Thanks goes out to Katie for being a trumendous help!

Hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help with diredtions,Great location. Close to mall and great restaurants. Busy part of town, alot of traffic but the hotel is off the main streets. Will stay again when in the area.

I was on the @nd floor and heard everything on the 3rd floor. Other then that it was a comfortable stay.

Very clean! However, we were on bottom floor-and it sounded like elephants in the room above us. This happened every night that we stayed.

I thought the Hotel was very nice and comforting. When i arrived i had several staff welocme me and help me right away. They had answered all of my questions with a pleasant smile. The room was a nice room and had a small balcony, though was better then nothing. In the lounge was free internet use and wifi in the room. Had complementary coffee, tea, hot chololate. At my time the pool was not avail, but seemed pleasant enough. The gym equipment was not state of the art, but if your on vacation and need a quicj work out these machines will get the job done. The area was nice and removed from major downtown, which i felt was great after a hectic day. There are several restaurants within 2 min walking, some very nice and expensive and some fast food, so you definatly have your choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was of exceptional quality and cleanliness. The housekeepers can do a better job about emptying trash and making sure the refridgerators and coffe pots are clean.

Our stay was terrific. The accomodations were great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before we arrived the staff went above and beyond. We had made several calls letting them know we would be late and later and later. After missing exit in Va.we were hoplessly lost. Finally, in desperation I called the hotel and told the man at the desk our situation. He got out a map and guided us there. I don't know what we would have done without his help! Thank You

The hotel is in a central location close to shopping and restaurants. However, it certainly is prices too high for what it really is (just an OK hotel). Then again, for the area if you compare the other hotels it certainly is the nicest of all the other ones. If money is not that big of an issues, and you are the type to choose the nicest hotel in the area, then this is the one. Otherwise, I would suggest staying somewhere else. Oh, the gym consists of two old treadmills, an old exercise bike and a set of dumbbells that go from 2.5 lbs up to 15 lbs.
